Purpose: To lay down the process of assessing & developing the internal Human Resource to achieve competence & meet the quality objectives of the organization.

To develop its people, professional and management abilities, which could help them, fulfill their changing responsibilities effectively.
To continuously upgrade knowledge to overcome obsolescence, upgrade skills to meet the challenges of changing situations internal and external to the organization.
