It has been observed many-a-times that with proper financial services and assistance help poor household to mitigate risks and have more sustainable impact on them. The poor need know the mechanism for wealth creation in form of savings by minimising wasteful expenditures and by saving their income. The latest Impact study on our customers shows within the clients surveyed 98% reported an increase in the level of savings after joining VFS microfinance interventions. The corresponding figure for non-clients is 77%. Similarly, the amount of savings also increases with the loan cycle.
