Recruitment
Purpose: To meet the manpower requirement of the organization by recruiting quality human resources at all level as per requirement time to time.
Objective: The primary objective of recruitment and selection in VFSPL is to ensure high standards of professional competence in the services and outputs to be delivered to the micro finance operation of the organization including Branch operation.

Salient features:
  • For all positions the advertisement is given in print and or electronic media as and when it is required. Also suitable candidates are searched from online job applications for interview. Suitable candidates are sourced by Employee Referral scheme also.
  • All positions are filled on merit. Equal opportunity is given to all regardless of gender, caste, religion, creed etc. in recruitment process.
  • The selection process for professional recruitment for Junior level / technical requirement may take place in two stages - a) Written Test b) Interview.
  • An initial screening is done through a written test to assess various skills and aptitudes of the candidate, as well as their understanding of the Micro Finance sector.
  • Based on these results, the short listed candidates are called for a final interview.
