Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN) is a self-regulated network organization created by 35 NBFC Microfinance institutions in India, who share the common interest of protecting and building the integrity of the sector. MFIN believes that by coming together as a body, MFIs will be able to more significantly support the Government's initiative of promoting financial inclusion on a transparent and sustainable basis.

It provides information to sector actors and the public at large on microfinance institutions (MFIs) worldwide, public and private funds that invest in microfinance, MFI networks, raters/external evaluators, advisory firms, and governmental and regulatory agencies. The Mix Market seeks to develop a transparent information market to link MFIs worldwide with Investors and Donors and promote greater investment and information flows.

ACCESS has mandate to provide services under two broad thematic areas of Microfinance and Livelihood. Focus areas have been chosen depending on the competence built over last seven years through the CASHE Programme to address the current urgent needs in these thematic areas. ACCESS?s positioning as a national level institution with State level operations and a capacity to provide locally relevant training at scale to various segments will make it India?s first apex capacity building institute for microfinance and livelihoods development.

Sa-Dhan

Sa-Dhan was designed and developed as that platform to share, understand and learn the different perspectives, competencies and experiences, the source and legitimacy of these. Sa-Dhan's evolution was the result of the stated need for a common platform for microfinance in India by the key practitioners in the microfinance sector who recognized that despite their diversity they had to increase the outreach of existing programs, launch new initiatives or negotiate with policy makers for a favorable environment.
