The next stage is the 'Big Meeting'. This meeting is used as a platform to reach the target groups after giving them some idea about the objective of the organization, availability of loan products, insurance benefits etc. Then we mark the target families and do meet with them and inform them about our services. After identification of target groups we arrange Continuous Group Training (C.G.T.) of 3 days duration where Customer Service Representative(CSR) teach them about our services, rules & regulations, tips on financial literacy and business development. After the training, the clients will have to pass through the Group Recognition Test (GRT) on the fourth day taken by our Credit Executive (CX).
