We at Village Group always aim to promote and defend women's rights and the participation as equal associates with men in all aspects of human endeavors. So our other wing VWS has taken up a number of vocational training programmes to enhance the skill of the rural women for the purpose of directly ensuring substantial income for the rural people. VWS have been running vocational training centre on Handloom and Zari Craft Training. We have engaged expert trainers who arrange materials required for training cum production activity, teach the basics of the art to poor women as well as to get the finished products and market the produced goods. The trainees are also provided with a small incentive to encourage them to learn this trade properly and to be self employed in future.
