All the development activity are carried out through our group organization V .W .S (Village Welfare Society).
VWS Old Age Home for women is located at Pancharul of Udaynarayanpur block of Howrah district in West Bengal with the approval & financial assistances of Central Social Welfare Board, Govt. of India on 1st December,1993.Objective is to establish the home for providing a better quality of lives with proper shelter and to fulfill the basic needs of the aged people, who are widowed ,and neglected ,have no one else to look after,pro poor category and really needy in every respect were selected from a long list of applicants. The inmates pass their days by active aging by keeping them engaged in day to day household work, doing light physical exercise and spend their time reading newspapers & magazines. Special attention is provided to each member so that she never fails left out alone. So VWS has made special arrangements so that they get company from the community people. Considering their requirements, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and nutritious food to the inmates. Required cloths are given twice a year. Woolen garments, shawls, blankets are provided. Special care is offered for sick persons and one visiting doctor attends the sick persons regularly. For their entertainment Color T.V with cable connections also been provided.
